Iberia is a six-monthly, online, open-access journal on theoretical linguistics in any of its disciplines: syntax, semantics, phonology, discourse, etc. It is mostly focused on generative grammar, although it is open to other frameworks as well. The main goal of the journal is to circulate double blind peer-reviewed, on-going work by researchers in the field in as short a period of time as possible, made feasible through the online platform of Iberia. The language of publication is English.

Iberia is already indexed in the following databases: • Ulrichs: http://ulrichsweb.serialssolutions.com/login • ISOC: http://bddoc.csic.es:8080/isoc.html • Latindex: http://www.latindex.unam.mx • DICE: http://dice.cindoc.csic.es/ • DIALNET: http://dialnet.unirioja.es/ We are currently applying to other international databases. The editors are very pleased to announce that Iberia has been classified as a B journal on a scale of A to D, despite its youth (CIRC category: http://tinyurl.com/bcjhxae). Iberia meets 35 features of Latindex out of 36.
